I love the idea of growing my paintings. Gardening and painting are each cyclical, from seed to fruition. Both feel magical and never get old. I am not sure which I enjoy more to be honest, but I do know how much I love their fusion. Each season, I come to know my plants like friends in a way, paying attention and tending to them with appreciation. The stunning variety of colors and forms from day to day always leaves me awestruck, sparking curiosity and inspiration for my paintings. I am thankful to have found such delight in this pursuit and I hope to pass this along to you much like harvesting a bouquet of fresh flowers.
